Design and Intellectual Property The customer warrants that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any design, model, or other content submitted for 3D printing. The customer is solely responsible for checking the applied license on a design before submission.
3J Print is not responsible for any intellectual property disputes that may arise from the customer's submission. The customer acknowledges that 3J Print is not liable for any copyright infringement arising from printing copyrighted material without proper rights or permissions.
The customer is responsible for using 3D printed items in a safe and compliant manner, following all relevant Dutch laws, regulations, and safety guidelines. The customer acknowledges they are responsible for staying within the boundaries of Dutch law when submitting designs for printing.
3J Print is not responsible for harm, injury, or damage resulting from the use, misuse, or handling of 3D printed items. 3J Print will not be responsible for obtaining any TüV, CE, or equivalent approvals for 3D printed parts. The customer assumes full responsibility for testing, validating and obtaining any necessary approvals for functional or load-bearing parts before use.
Due to the nature of 3D printing technology, minor imperfections may occur. While 3J Print aims for high-quality results, exact dimensional accuracy and surface finish cannot be guaranteed.
All sales are final, as custom-printed items cannot be returned or refunded. The customer must inspect their 3D printed items within 8 days of receipt and report any defects caused by the printing process. Claims for defects must include clear photographic evidence and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
The customer is responsible for selecting the appropriate materials for their 3D printed items. 3J Print provides recommendations based on its knowledge, but the customer must verify that the selected material is suitable for the intended use.
Estimated production time varies based on order volume, material availability, and print complexity. While most orders are completed within 5 business days, delays may occur due to machine maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
In no event shall 3J Print be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the customer's use of the 3D printing services, except to the extent such damages arise directly from the wilful misconduct or gross negligence of 3J Print.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold 3J Print harmless from any liabilities, claims, damages and expenses arising from the customer's breach of these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent court.
By using 3J Print's 3D printing services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
